We walk the site and take penetrometer readings to measure how compact the soil under your slab actually is.
The honest answer
If foam will fix it, we quote the lift. If the readings show a deeper soil problem, we tell you before you spend the money.
The lift
Ports drilled, foam injected, elevation watched the whole way. Most residential jobs finish in a single visit.
Same-day use
The foam reaches structural strength within minutes. Ports are patched, the site is cleaned, and you can drive on it the same day.
Five-year no settle guarantee
Every lift carries a five year no settle guarantee. If concrete we lifted settles within five years of the work, we come back and lift it again at no charge. Crack and joint sealing carries its own guarantee. If concrete settles or goes uneven in an area where we sealed the cracks or joints, we lift it free. We can stand behind both because we test the soil before we quote.
Common questions
Will the concrete settle again?
Every lift carries a five year no settle guarantee. Testing before the repair is what makes that possible, because it catches soil problems foam alone would not fix.
Will the patches be visible?
The ports are about 5/8 inch across, far smaller than mudjacking holes. We place and patch them to stay as invisible as possible, even on stamped or colored concrete.
Is lifting better than replacing the slab?
Usually. Replacement puts new concrete on the same soil that failed, and adds demolition, hauling, pouring, and cure time. Lifting fixes the support and finishes in a day.
Is it the slab or the foundation?
Often you cannot tell from the surface. Penetrometer readings show how deep the problem goes, so the repair matches the cause.
