Although the stem wall was deteriorated, the basement contained a substantial footing that could be utilized. We cleared the area by removing shelving and cleaning the workspace, then installed the adjustable jack system beneath the affected zone. After placing 2×6 members and a steel I-beam, we made the necessary fine adjustments to level the house. To complete the project, we repaired the crumbling exterior concrete with a specialty repair material designed to bond to existing substrates and improve appearance.
